Meet Dr. Brady
Dr. Gordon L. Brady received his D.M.D. degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1976. He graduated first in his class. Subsequently, Dr. Brady completed an internship in Anesthesiology and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Brady received Board Certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1982 and has been practicing oral surgery at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implant Centers for 30 years.
As a state-of-the-art oral surgeon, Dr. Brady uses the latest techniques such as ICAT-3D imaging for implant guided surgery. He also specializes and has helped perfect procedures in the highly advanced techniques of placing Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants during TIAH (“Teeth-in-an-Hour”) and TIAD (“Teeth-in-a-Day”) surgeries. These advanced techniques often allow patients to avoid extensive bone grafting. Dr. Brady is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He provides numerous services to his patients such as TIAH, TIAD, extraction of wisdom teeth, dental alveolar surgery, dental implants, treatment of oral pathology, and reconstructive surgery. When bone grafting is necessary, Dr. Brady often utilizes Bone Morphogenic Protein (BMP), the latest in bone regenerative products. Dr. Brady treats patients at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates and Dental Implant Surgery Centers.
Additionally, Dr. Brady is a member of multiple organizations. These include the AAOMS (Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery), the ADA (American Dental Association), the ADSA (American Dental Society of Anesthesiology), and GSOMS (Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery). He is a fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Brady has been asked to be a speaker at many major dental meetings, such as the Hinman Dental Society, the Georgia and South Carolina Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associations, Northern District Dental Society, and multiple local dental study groups. As a result of his extensive training and cutting edge methods with dental implants, Dr. Brady lectured at the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Thomas P. Hinman Dental meeting, being a featured clinician at the 2011 meeting.
Providing a high standard of care to all his patients, Dr. Brady is known as a compassionate, professional, and caring doctor. He is recognized and respected in the oral surgery community as a knowledgeable and experienced surgeon. Dr. Brady is often asked to treat dentists and their families, one of the highest compliments of a specialist in dentistry.
