Dr. Steven P. King

Dr. Steven King obtained his dental degree from Northwestern University in 1994 where he was elected to the Omicron Capp Upsilon Honor Society. Following this he trained at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX, and his residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. King continued his training, traveling extensively throughout the United States and abroad where he attained the most up-to-date surgical expertise in England and Belgium.

Dr. King has extensive background in head and neck cancer reconstruction and the management of facial skin lesions. He specializes in performing dental implants with CT imagery, and state of the art TIAH (teeth in an hour) and TIAD (teeth in a day) procedures. Dr. King is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Dr. King has been in private practice for over 8 years and is a member of many organizations such as the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Associate, Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is involved in numerous dental study clubs and served as the past President of the Dekalb Study Club. Dr. King is a devoted healthcare provider and has been the Chariman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Rockdale Hospital for the past three years. He aims to achieve the highest quality of care with the most professional approach.
