Meet Dr. Gray
Dr. Brett C. Gray is a licensed physician in Georgia since 1999, following the completion of his medical board exams. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Medical Association. He is currently Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Through his training, Dr. Gray has seen a wide variety of medical and dental disorders. He has been educated in basic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, orthognathic surgery, trauma, and pathology. His continued desire is to provide the highest standard of patient care.
Dr. Gray received a BS degree in Chemistry from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 1988. He then completed dental school at the University of Louisville, graduating in the top 5% of his class. After coming to Atlanta, he completed an internship year in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University. During a six year residency program, he was one of the first residents to complete a combined degree program, finishing his MD degree at Emory University’s Medical School in 1997. He also completed a one year surgery internship through the Emory University Department of General Surgery. He is trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. During his residency, he was well trained in anesthesiology at the Veterans Hospital and Egleston Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Gray continues to provide excellent patient care at Oral Surgery Associates and Dental Implant Centers where he rotates through the Athens, Conyers, Decatur, and Monroe offices.
