Meet Dr. Pollack
Dr. Steven D. Pollack received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California in 1990 and his D.D.S. from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1994. Immediately following these degrees, Dr. Pollack completed an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center and received Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center in 2000. Subsequently, Dr. Pollack spent the next four years in the U.S. Navy with appointments as Department Head at Camp Lejeune, USS Kitty Hawk, and the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis.
Since being in private practice with Oral Surgery Associates and Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Pollack has gained broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of Oral Surgery including oral pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, and wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Pollack is dedicated to the highest quality patient care and rotates primarily through the Athens, Covington, Decatur, and Monroe offices.
Dr. Pollack is a member of multiple oral surgery related associations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
