Meet Our Coordinators
Pam Terrette – Implant Coordinator
Pam has over 33 years of experience in the dental field, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. She joined the Oral Surgery Associates team in 2007 as the office coordinator and implant treatment coordinator in the Buckhead/Atlanta location. Pam will be available to help you with any questions you may have throughout the implant surgery process, including procedures and insurance, and will coordinate appointments with your restoring dentist. Pam’s goal is to ensure you receive the extra attention you deserve throughout your implant treatment. She will help you have an enjoyable experience at our office throughout the implant surgery process.
Sarah Javens – Implant Coordinator
Sarah has over 12 years of experience as a coordinator. Sarah primarily works at the Snellville and Tucker offices, where she consults with the surgeon during the initial examination and makes sure each patient is comfortable with and understands his or her treatment plan. She will also serve as the liaison between our office, your referring dentist’s office, and your insurance company. Sarah will be readily available for any questions you may have throughout and after the implant surgery process. Sarah’s goal is to ensure you receive the best care and have an enjoyable experience at Oral Surgery Associates and Dental Implant Centers.
She strives to be the best version of herself every day, not just for her family: fiancé Andrew, daughter Jaylee (11) & mom “Nana” Tana, but for her work family as well. “If our goal is to provide the best service & be the best practice, it must start from within & radiate out. I believe OSA is truly a family practice. We may not be family by blood, but we work hard together to help the patients we see every day.” In Sarah’s spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, camping, gardening & going to concerts.
Ashley Lietch – Implant Coordinator
Ashley has over 14 years of oral surgery coordinator experience and started at Oral Surgery Associates in 2009. Ashley primarily works at the Athens and Monroe offices, where she consults with the surgeon during the initial examination and makes sure each patient is comfortable with and understands his or her treatment plan. She will also serve as the liaison between our office, your referring dentist’s office, and your insurance company. Ashley will be readily available for any questions you may have throughout and after the implant surgery process. Ashley’s goal is to ensure you receive the best care and have an enjoyable experience at Oral Surgery Associates and Dental Implant Centers.
Ashley lives in Monroe, GA, with her wonderful husband and 2 children.
Maelyn Wilborn- Implant Coordinator
Maelyn Wilborn serves as the Implant Coordinator at Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers, where she plays an essential role in the planning, coordination, and execution of dental implant treatment. With extensive hands-on dental experience and a comprehensive understanding of implant workflows, surgical protocols, and restorative timelines, Maelyn ensures every case is organized with precision and carried out efficiently from consultation to final restoration.
She works closely with surgeons, restorative providers, and clinical team members to coordinate complex treatment plans, review clinical details, and streamline communication so patients experience a smooth and well-structured process. Her depth of knowledge allows her to confidently guide patients through each phase of treatment, clearly explain procedures and expectations, and anticipate questions before they arise.
Maelyn is deeply passionate about building meaningful patient connections. She believes education and transparency are key to creating trust, and she takes pride in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. Her goal is to help each individual achieve the smile, function, and confidence they desire—while making the journey as stress-free as possible.
Outside the office, Maelyn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching new shows, and playing pickleball. She is especially grateful for her close-knit family, including her parents, siblings, and the animals she absolutely adores, who inspire her compassionate and service-driven approach.

Tara Surles-Doggett- Implant Coordinator
Tara brings an exceptional depth of experience to her role as Implant Coordinator at Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers. With nearly two decades in the dental field, she offers a rare combination of clinical knowledge, organizational expertise, and heartfelt patient advocacy that makes her an invaluable leader within the implant team.
Throughout her career, Tara has developed a thorough understanding of comprehensive implant treatment—from initial consultation and surgical coordination to final restoration. She works closely with surgeons and restorative providers to ensure each treatment plan is thoughtfully organized and executed with precision. Her extensive background allows her to anticipate patient needs, navigate complex cases with confidence, and provide clear, knowledgeable guidance every step of the way.
Tara is deeply passionate about helping patients restore a full complement of teeth and achieve the beautiful, confident smile they deserve. She understands the life-changing impact implant dentistry can have—not only functionally, but emotionally—and she is committed to providing excellent, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s goals.
Outside of the office, Tara enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her family. She is married, has two adult children, and treasures time with her beautiful granddaughter, who brings immense joy to her life.

Ali Hassim – Implant Coordinator
Ali Hassim is a seasoned and compassionate Implant Coordinator at Oral Surgery Associates & Dental Implant Centers, bringing over three decades of experience in the dental industry and nearly two decades of dedicated service to the practice. Her extensive background and unwavering commitment to patient care have made her a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues alike.
Throughout her career, Ali has supported thousands of patients through their oral surgery journeys, offering guidance, reassurance, and expertise every step of the way. Her diverse experience across multiple roles—including insurance specialist, front desk coordinator, and office coordinator—has given her a comprehensive understanding of the patient experience from every angle.
In her current role as Implant Coordinator, Ali combines her deep industry knowledge with a personalized approach, ensuring each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment process. She has a genuine passion for connecting with people and takes pride in working with patients from all cultures and backgrounds, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and understood.
Ali’s genuine care for people extends beyond the office. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, her three children, and her grandchildren, and values the strong sense of family that shapes both her personal and professional life.
Millie Parker – Clinical Coordinator
Millie has been with Oral Surgery Associates for over 25 years. When she joined the team in the 90s, she started as a Surgical Assistant, working her way up to the Senior Clinical Coordinator, helping grow the company from 5 to 10 locations. Millie is always available to help any patient or referring dentist with clinical questions for any procedure the company offers; her goal is to ensure all patients have a comfortable & safe experience in all 10 of our locations.
Millie lives in Atlanta with her son, husband, & 4 legged friends. There is never a competition with Millie; she wants everyone to have the best experience.
