I was referred here through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was short and not welcoming. The staff member who took my X-rays was also not pleasant—very abrupt, asked questions quickly, and walked out without any guidance or reassurance. Doctor Ravi Chandran came in, spoke very fast, did not take time to explain anything clearly, and never once asked if I had questions or concerns. The entire visit felt rushed and lasted less than 3 minutes. As a patient, especially being referred through the VA, I expected a higher level of care, communication, and professionalism. To make matters worse, the building itself appears dated and run down, which did not add to a sense of comfort or confidence in the care being provided. Overall, this experience felt impersonal and dismissive. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and properly cared for—this visit did not meet those expectations.
