I had an excellent experience with this orthodontic office from start to finish. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The orthodontist took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care

Would never go back. From the front desk, to the doctor just rude and like I was putting them out. 2 lof the adies that helped me before the surgery waiting for the doctor to come in were so sweet to me.

Charged me for xrays and office visit in preparation for my wisdom teeth extractions. Later cancelled my actual extractions due to Dr unavailability. I basically ended up wasting money I paid out of pocket for the xrays and office visit. Dr was clearly going to have a maternity leave and I should not have been aligned to this Dr so close to her maternity dates and resulting unavailability. They did not even bother aligning me to someone else in the practise. Bad handling and even worse follow up on corrective action(s).

I was recently seen at thisLocation and was totally disappointed with the way they manage their office , after having my insurance and information for over a week after I was informed they accept my insurance. a week later after the consultation was completed the receptionist said the insurance was not accepted. I told her they waisted my time as well as the dentist time. that information she have bee given before getting to the office and definitely before the consultation, how misleading. I’ve been getting calls about a bill that was generated due to their lack of due diligence for insurance verification this is obviously something that they’ve done before. That’s very poor office practice. I do not recommend this location.

Listen to me. These people are absolutely golden. From top to bottom my experience was amazing. And this is coming from someone with major reservations as it pertains to dental surgery thus why I landed in such great care. That said, thank to my dental techs and Dr. King for caring for me so well I didn’t even remember the process. We were talking, he told me to think of something good in life dream of and I was gone. Painless so far. Life saver
