So far, it's been such a headache and very frustrating. It feels like your care isn't that important to the Athens office. I sent a dental referral four times after my consult in mid-November and called four times to follow up. They never made contact with me, but when they finally acknowledged receipt of the referral, they told me they can't even see me until next year, AFTER my insurance will change. I will happily find a more caring dental healthcare provider than this to use.
