If I could give zero stars I would. If this is the best oral surgery clinic that Athens, GA has to offer, then we’re in big trouble. Everything was fine until Dr. Pollack BROKE my surrounding molar while extracting my wisdom teeth. He told me about while I was coming off of sedation so of course I had no recollection of it until I regained feeling in my mouth and felt the sharp edge of my tooth. Luckily, my sister got a video of him telling me and his first response was “I didn’t even pull that hard, it must’ve already been broken.” Mind you I have TWO very recent sets of X-rays which say otherwise. I already have pretty bad dental anxiety but I have tried to be proactive to try to avoid more costly and extensive repairs in the future… I called the office the Monday after my wisdom teeth extraction (which was the Friday before) to try and get some more information about what happened (and to see how they plan to repair or at least pay for the repair of my tooth) and this dude (Dr. Pollack) is on vacation. The lady on the phone just tells me to call back next week when he’s back because there’s nothing she can do. I call the next Monday and he is STILL on vacation!! The lady on the phone told me that he’d be back Wednesday. Today is Wednesday. I called again this morning, and STILL.NO. RESPONSE. To have caused me even more dental trauma by breaking my tooth (which will definitely need to be repaired), not check up after doing so (or have anyone from his office check in about the tooth) and have me jump through all of these hoops just to speak with him… is unbelievable. I am not sure of the type of business these people are running. The reviews SEEMED great which is why, even though I have so much anxiety, I decided to trust Dr. Pollack with my care. Looks like I was wrong to do so. This office will not stop hearing from me, and I will not stop sharing this unbecoming experience, until this situation is rectified to my liking.

Jennifer, Misty and the rest of the staff have one of the best customer services. Would recommend to anyone!

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed Dr.Lewis did as he said I felt no pain ! The staff overall is very professional they could be a little more friendly and welcoming .Alma the receptionist is very sweet and kind. However they never called back to see how I was doing after surgery.

My family and I have been utilizing the services of these clinics for many years. Therefore when I began to have bone loss and the possibility of losing a tooth I knew I’d receive the level of care and consideration needed to take care of my dental health and as always they delivered. The level of professionalism at these clinics cannot be matched. Excellent job and I will continue to seek out their services in the future.
