I had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule a dental appointment here. The front desk receptionist, Lois, was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. Instead of being helpful and welcoming, her tone came off dismissive and unaccommodating, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable about coming in as a new patient. A dental office should be inviting and respectful from the very first interaction, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

Dr. Katelyn Conley is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ORAL SURGEON IN LIFE! She was able to diagnose and effectively treat dental problems that led to chronic sinus infections for my son from which he suffered for several years. And she led me in the right direction to receive treatment for my own chronic sinus/dental infections from which I have suffered for several decades! The Roswell staff has been understanding, patient, efficient, and kind. I can’t express enough gratitude for Dr. Conley and her staff at Roswell for their level of care and expertise. Dr. Brady and his staff are the best at what they do, not only in Atlanta but perhaps in the country. He is respected by patients as well as other dental professionals for his exceptional skill as well as his demeanor with patients.
