Quick to take your money upfront but slow to refund it back. The billing department is not that great and unfortunately you have to keep following up and may need to explain how billing works in order to get things moved along. Some of the folks at the front desk can get a little agitated when you call concerning business matters. Other than that, the oral surgeon performed their job well.

My experience was excellent. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Pollock was very professional and knowledgeable. He was spot on with his comments and his work. Follow-up was performed about 8 hours after surgery. I give the practice and staff an A+.
