Discrimination: When I called about a basic insurance coding question after my visit, the receptionist screamed "hold on, hold on!" twice and made a highly inappropriate, rude comment mocking my French accent as "VERY HEAVY." In my ten years living in the US, I have never experienced such unpleasant treatment. The receptionist lacked basic billing knowledge, forcing me to contact the billing office directly. While the surgeon and nurse were welcoming and professional, the receptionist's discriminatory behavior completely ruined the entire experience.

My son went in for oral surgery on a Tuesday and was back at school the next day. As a former dental assistant, I know a good dentist when I meet one. And, you’re as good as your staff. I could not be happier. Using exparel and a steroid during the procedure is a game changer. There has been some discomfort, but no pain or swelling.
